Refund Policy

Good Molecules accepts return requests within 30 days after delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include any included parts.

Contact us before sending a return. Once approved, we provide a prepaid return label and instructions. We cover the label cost for approved returns.

After inspection, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may require additional time to post the credit.
